FlyWheel Consultancy CEO & Founder Ronald Berry III recently appeared as a guest speaker on The Connect Show with Jon and Tracy, a talk show tailored to small business owners. This show airs weekly from the Expansive coworking space located in Wauwatosa, WI.
During this particular episode, Ronald shared his entrepreneurial journey from freelancer to owner of a certified HubSpot partner agency.
Ronald provided much technological insight, especially regarding the convenience factor of automation:
"I'm a big believer that you can automate any type of business, whether you're a small mom-and-pop shop (a bakery, for example) or a large enterprise. Automation is valuable in any use case scenario. But, having an infrastructure of your CRM is just as critical."
As a HubSpot expert, Ronald provided a high-level overview of how FlyWheel Consultancy uses the CRM software to scale business processes:
"We build a system that's specific to your business, and we cater it to your day-to-day operations: what your process entails, how you market your products and services, etc."
In closing, Ronald warned against CRM fatigue while emphasizing the importance of remaining committed to the process:
"I'm a big believer that CRMs are only as good as the way they're implemented and set up."
